As part of our district-wide strategic planning work, we are inviting all staff to share their perspectives to help shape the future of Sea to Sky Schools.

We are developing the district’s next strategic plan to guide our decisions and priorities from 2026 to 2031. We are currently in the Engaging & Listening phase, reflecting on what’s working, what’s changing, and what we need to strengthen to support students, families, and one another.
